China, which denies the existence of Mao's victims, which denies that anything wrong happened in Tiananment Square in 1989, which denies there ever was a nation called "Tibet"...demanding another nation apologize for failing to acknowledge their historical failings...
...it'd be funny if they didn't have nukes.
Nukes are not my primary worry here, although they are an everpresent threat.
