The Volokh Conspiracy - -

Todd Zywicki of The Volokh Conspiracy shows us Kelo in action. While I have somewhat come to terms with this decision (I don't agree with it, but I think the problems can be remedied in other ways) this is an example, perhaps extreme, of why this decision was a bad one.

Sadly I think there will be more cases like this. Thankfully some states and local governments are inacting laws to stop it.

Yea like selling guns to the victims of Kelo.

The city of new londen does not even have the guts to forcefully evict them (i wonder why) though they do want them to pay rent while the case was on trial.
