In 2000, Judge Alito said Washington could not compel state governments to abide by the Family and Medical Leave Act, a position repudiated by the Supreme Court in a decision written by Justice William Rehnquist.

Screwing the little guy; it's a corporatist Republican political philosophy that Alito shares.
A few posts down is a link to Ann Althouse's comments on that case. You commented in the post that linked to her explanation of it, but obviously did not read her post.
I think you would be well served by learning what Alito actually said, why he said it, and what the scope of the decision he made was actually about. Or of course you could just read the democratic talking points and remain uneducated.
